Shipping Policy
At Knit4Knots, every single item is uniquely handcrafted just for you! Because our pieces are made to order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your item to be created before it is mailed out. Once your project is finished and packaged up, you will receive a notification that it is on its way to its new home!

Return Policy
I want you to completely love your Knit4Knots creation! If for any reason you aren't completely happy with your item, you are welcome to return it for a refund. Because every item is specially made to order, a 20% materials and time fee will be deducted from your total order refund. This small fee simply helps cover the cost of the yarn and the hours spent crafting your unique piece. (Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs). Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your item.

Condition of Item: The item must be "unused and in its original condition" to qualify for the refund.
